1. Explore alternatives to the New Jersey State Health Insurance Benefits Program (SHBP) 2. Preparing all necessary bid specifications, if requested by the Brough, and evaluating all bids that are received by the Township in connection with same 3. Providing Collective Bargaining Consulting and, if necessary, attending meetings related thereto and/or providing analyses of proposed alternatives 4. Providing the Township Administrator with reasonable preliminary renewal figures during the municipal budget process 5. Providing state and federal legislative health insurance updates 6. Conducting employee benefit education sessions 7. Negotiating rate changes with service providers 8. Reviewing changes of service and recommend plan designs and changes
