Glazing Services will be requested and provided on an on-call, as needed basis. Services may consist of labor only, materials only, or a combination of both. Work may include but is not limited to the following: 1. Installation of new interior / exterior metal frames and glass: • Supply and installation of new metal-framed glass assemblies, including but not limited to standard, safety, insulated, and specialty glazing systems for interior partitions and exterior façades. 2. Removal, Reinstallation, or Disposal of Old Frames and Glass: • Safe removal of existing glass and framing systems, with reinstallation where applicable. This includes proper handling and disposal of damaged or outdated materials in compliance with local regulations. 3. New Installations of Wood/Metal Frame Windows, Curtain Walls, and Storefront Systems: • Includes setup and finishing of new glazing systems for building exteriors and interiors, such as curtain walls, aluminum storefronts, and wood/metal window systems. 4. Repair, Reinstallation, and Replacement of Glazing Components: • Restoration or replacement of broken, worn, or non-functional components such as glass panes, framing members, hardware, and sealants to ensure full operability and safety 5. Installation and Maintenance of Fixed and Operable Windows: • Includes both non-opening (fixed) window systems and operable types (such as awning, casement, or sliding) requiring regular adjustment or repair. 6. Hauling and Disposal of Old Units and Materials: • Removal and environmentally responsible disposal of obsolete glazing units, frames, glass, and related debris.
