A. The University is seeking to award at least (1) qualified Contractor to provide generator services, repairs, and materials on an on-call, as-needed basis for all Stockton University Campuses, including but not limited to the following locations: 1. Galloway, NJ 2. Atlantic City, NJ 3. Hammonton, NJ 4. Manahawkin, NJ 5. Woodbine, NJ Note: Although the University makes no guarantee to volume or location of work, it is anticipated that the majority of the on-call, as needed services will be for Galloway, and Atlantic City, NJ campuses). 1. The Contractor shall be required to perform services at any campus location, on an as needed basis, as requested by the University. These services shall be priced and invoiced based on the Contractor’s established hourly rates and material costs under the RFP Contract. B. Generator services, repairs, and materials will be requested and provided on an on-call, as-needed basis and in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable recognized codes and standards. Work may include only service, only materials, or a combination of both. Generator service and repair work may include, but is not necessarily limited to the following: C. Generator Services and Repairs including but not limited to: 1. Engine repairs 2. Software Issues 3. Transfer Switches (must be compatible with ASCO Transfer switches as well as others) 4. Emergency Distribution panel 5. Exhaust 6. Diagnostic D. Material/Parts including but not limited to: 1. Transfer Switches 2. Emergency Distribution Panel 3. Belts 4. Fluids 5. Electronic Components 6. Hoses E. Connect and disconnect unit(s) as needed.
