High-definition television commercials to include but not limited to Comcast of Ocean County. Radio commercials to include but not limited to 92.7 WOBM-FM, 1160 WOBM-AM, 105.7 The Hawk, 100.1 WJRZ, 95.9 The Rat, and B98.5. Billboard design and placement (static standard size and posterboard size) will also be the responsibility of the vendor. Graphic design to include black and white, 2-color process and 4-color process for various mediums. Proofs required before finalizing any and all work. All work to be completed in a professional and timely manner.
