Specifications include, but are not limited to: In accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., the Ocean County Board of Health is requesting proposals (RFP) from agencies to provide General Media and Marketing Services for the Ocean County Health Department for the calendar year 2023. Vendor will be responsible for the placement and creation of High-definition Television Commercials, Radio Commercials and graphic design items, social media and digital advertising and promotional items. High-definition television commercials to include but not limited to Comcast of Ocean County, Cablevision, Verizon, and News 12 New Jersey. Radio commercials to include but not limited to 92.7 WOBM-FM, 1160 WOBM-AM, 105.7 The Hawk, 100.1 WJRZ, 95.9 The Rat, and B98.5. Billboard design and placement (static standard size and posterboard size) will also be the responsibility of the vendor. Vendor must also have knowledge of social media and digital advertising and promotional placement.
