I. Terms of the banking agreement: 1. The financial institution must be fully qualified as a “Public Depository” pursuant to the State of New Jersey Government Unit Depository Protection Act and must continue to be such during the one year contract period. 2. The Town reserves the right to hold oral discussions with all proposers prior to selections. 3. By submitting a proposal, the proposer certifies that he or she has fully read and understands the RFP and has full knowledge of the scope, nature, quantity and quality of the work to be performed. 4. The proposer shall furnish such additional information as the Town may reasonably require. The Town reserves the right to make reasonable inquires of the qualifications of the proposer, as it deems appropriate. 5. The Town reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals, and the right to accept the proposal that it considers most favorable to the Town’s interests. In addition, the Town reserves the right to seek new proposals when such a procedure is in its best interests to do so. II. Minimum Requirements for All Accounts: 1. Provide a bank statement for each account as of the last business day of each month. Preference would be to have the ability to electronically access all bank statements. If that is not feasible, then these items should be delivered to the Town’s Chief Financial Officer’s Office no later than the seventh day following the end of each month. 2. Daily notification via email with hardcopy to follow of any debit or credit memos affecting our daily cash balances 3. Payroll services to be paid in full or in part. 4. Interest paid on all accounts. 5. Next business day availability for deposited checks. 6. Electronic banking: - View statements online with an ability to view history for a six-month period - View “real-time” activity for all bank accounts - Make transfers between all accounts online by Township-designated individuals - Make one-time and recurring wire transfers (out) on-line, by Townshipdesignated individuals. 7. Availability of sweep accounts and corresponding interest rates. 8. Monthly account analysis, detailing all fees and charges as well as earnings credit. 9. All fees waived for the Township. 10. Web based computer banking (Real Time) allowing access to banking services such as; book transfers, wire transfers, statements etc. A demonstration of this service may be requested by the Town. 11. Merchant fees for parking and recreation to be paid in full or part. 12. Positive pay for designated accounts. 13. Armor Car Service (if necessary)
