Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services that are requested will be as follows and will encompass all of the Housing Authority's properties: 1) Removal of existing carpet/tile, glue and other related carpet fasteners from the unit. 2) Preparation and patching of existing flooring in order to install new carpeting and or tile. Vacuum floor prior to installation of new carpet/tile. 3) Installation of new carpet/tile (color and texture to be selected by management): 4) Carpet/tile must be approvable for installation in an elderly high-rise project by all relevant code reviewing entities. The Manufacturer shall have a minimum of 3 years production experience, whose published literature clearly indicates general compliance with all required codes. 5) Installation must comply with the manufacturer's recommendations for seam locations and direction of carpet/tile
