Trap, Neuter and Return services shall be performed within the border of the Township of North Bergen. The successful proposer shall be as needed, weather permitting. The services shall also include the transportation, control and sheltering of animals at an appropriate facility, which is not a Township-owned property. The successful proposer shall be responsible for caring for the feral cats during the recovery process and the releasing them into their communities. The proposer must maintain all appropriate licenses to perform such services and/or agree to hire someone who maintains such licenses. Once awarded, the proposer shall provide monthly updates to the Director of the Township’s Health Department, of which the form’s content shall include the accounting, and frequency of such services provided..
