The successful bidder(s) shall have the ability to supply the Township with OEM parts and the ability to service the snow plow equipment and any other components without voiding any warranty on the vehicle. All repair cost estimates or quotations shall be furnished to the Township at no charge within two (2) business days. • Estimates shall include hours, parts and parts discounts. After service is complete, the equipment will be subject to inspection by the Township. If the repair services are not properly performed, the equipment shall be returned to the contractor for corrective repair services. All corrective repair services shall be performed at no additional charge. Any repair service and/or parts that the contractor deems necessary, beyond the original repair request, shall be be approved by the Township.
