Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor will provide on-site interpreting services on an as needed basis as requested by the CDE Contract Monitor, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST), excluding state holidays. B. Requests for telephone services may take place outside of regular business hours. All telephone services will be billed at the telephone rate specified in Exhibit B. C. The CDE Contract Monitor will request scheduled foreign language interpreting services at least two (2) business days prior to event, via email or telephone. D. The CDE Contract Monitor will schedule interpreters for a minimum of two (2) hour per assignment. Assignments can be scheduled and paid in half hour increments after the minimums two (2) hours. E. The CDE Contract Monitor will schedule the duration of assignments as accurately as possible. CDE will only pay the actual time of meeting that exceeds the two (2) hour minimum
