1. All dumpsters not in a secured enclosure (i.e. Monmouth County Courthouse) must have side doors that can be secured by padlock and/or chain. The County will supply the padlock and/or chain as needed. All dumpsters must have working lids. 2. Pick-up at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution must be before 7:00 AM. 3. Pick-up at the Monmouth County Courthouse must be between 7:00 – 8:00 AM. If the guard is not at the gate, a supervisor must be called for entry (908-692- 2190). 4. All furniture, mattresses, and fixtures to be taken at no additional cost. 5. Unit prices for all items shall include fixed pricing for transportation, tipping fees, and applicable New Jersey taxes on tipping fees, regardless of weight. 6. All waste collected shall be disposed of at the Monmouth County Reclamation Center in Tinton Falls, NJ. 7. The contractor and the contractor’s subcontractor(s), if any, will be required to comply with the wage record and reporting requirements of N.J.S.A. 34:11-68. 8. Monmouth County reserves the right to add or remove locations as needed
