A. Light Cleaning Includes: Common Areas: Living room, bedroom(s), dining room, halls, foyers and any other areas not including kitchens and baths, minimally but not limited to: • Dust all surfaces including woodwork, windowsill, fans and tables. • Remove dust webs, spider webs and pet hair including high dusting where the walls and ceiling meet. • Clean glass on entry doors and sliding glass door(s) if present. • Vacuum carpet and wood flooring including stairs. • Mop all non-carpeted areas. Kitchen: minimally but not limited to: • Wipe down cabinets and appliance faces. • Clean and sanitize all countertops. • Interior and exterior of microwave. • Clean and sanitize sink and wipe down fixtures. • Dust ceiling fan and high dusting. • Clean and mop flooring. • Empty trash receptacle. • Clean trash as needed.
