Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Survey of existing conditions and security systems as directed by The Facilities and Services Director. b. Design to integrate and install security devices, systems and programming to meet County requirements. c. Prepare detailed quotes for projects that include materials, programming, supervision installation by certified technicians, programming, training, and maintenance. d. The County will not reimburse for any expenses incurred by the Contractor prior to the submission, acceptance and issuance of a notice to proceed. e. Provide CAD drawings and specifications as required for the expansion and installation of systems. e. Provide evaluation and propose improvements to existing security access and video systems to the County in formal written reports on the system components and programming. Reports to be submitted at a minimum of 6-month intervals. f. Provide certified and experienced staff for installation and expansion of security systems. g. Attend regularly scheduled monthly project meetings. h. Coordinate work with County MIS and Facility and Service Departments. i. Coordinate and evaluate the needs of County security system end users. j. Construction management from start to finish of projects.
