Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is designed to solicit proposals from qualified vendors who will be responsible for providing services as a Fireand Emergency Services (FES) Manager. Fire and Emergency Service Manager is under the direction of the Facilities Manager to provide specific technical analysis andimplementation of complex fire suppression and warning systems. Primary areas covered under the South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) Fire and EmergencyServices system are wet/dry fire suppression system management, fire extinguisher management, emergency alarm management, wild land fire management, fire servicewater distribution systems, customer service representative for SDARNG FES systems and ANSUL system management. Proposals shall conform to all instructions,conditions, and requirements included in the Request for Proposal
