Advancement and Alumni Events B. Availability: Vendors must be available for events during weekdays, evenings, and weekends, including holidays. C. Response Time: Vendors should provide clear response timelines for requests, confirmations, and urgent event needs. D. Vendors may apply for one or more of the following product/service categories: 1. Tents, Structures, & Accessories a. Tents (structure, pole, and frame – various sizes) b. Sidewalls (solid, cathedral, and door frame) c. Accessories (ceiling draping, perimeter lighting, fans, pole/ballast covers)
