1.4.1 The following is not intended to describe in full all work required, but is a supplement for clarification and/or noting additional work per the contract. 1.4.2 The work shall include all labor, supervision, materials, tools, transportation, excavation and equipment necessary to properly service, repair and test all electrical systems and components in any of the facilities or site to the satisfaction of the County, as described herein. 1.4.3 All work shall be done in accordance with the best trade practices and all codes governing such work under all Federal, State and Local authorities having jurisdiction. 1.4.4 Any items of labor, material, or equipment not specified in detail which are incidental to, or necessary for, the complete repair, service or installation and proper operation of the work described herein shall be furnished as if called for in detail under this contract with all work to be accomplished in a neat and professional manner.
