Specifications include, but are not limited to: The sealed bids shall be received as a SINGLE GENERAL CONSTRUCTION contract for all work, goods and services required to complete the project. The bid must identify the name or names of all subcontractors to whom the bidder will subcontract the furnishing of: (1) Plumbing and Gas Fitting; (2) Refrigeration, Heating and Ventilating Systems and Equipment; (3) Electrical Work, including any electrical power plant, tele-data, fire alarm, or security system; and (4) Structural Steel and Ornamental Iron Work ("Prime Subcontractors"). Each of the Prime Subcontractors shall be qualified in the same manner as the bidder, in accordance with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. If none are required, the Bidder shall input "None" on the List of Subcontractors. The project consists of, but is not limited to the following: A. The removal and replacement of 23 exterior door leafs and associated hardware B. The removal and replacement of the existing access control system C. The removal of an existing glass and aluminum frame system enclosing approximately 160 square feet, and replacing it with, but not limited to a structural steel framing and roofing system, raised metal seam roofing, and aluminum window infill.
