The scope of work shall be completed in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP). A Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) shall oversee and agree with the findings and recommendations for each site. This scope of work includes the submittal of documents assigning the LSRP of record for each case. The scope of work shall include but is not limited to the following tasks as necessary: a. File an LSRP Notice of Retention form with the NJDEP for each site. b. Perform investigations to locate former tanks and areas of concern. c. Prepare required applications, Site Investigation Reports, and Remedial Investigation Reports, as necessary. d. Prepare Area of Concern forms, Response Action Outcome forms, etc. as necessary. Under this scope of work, file reviews will be conducted for each of the following sites: • Trenton Fire Department Engine 3, Ladder 2, 720 S.
