The Township Board of Adjustment is seeking sealed submissions in response to a request for qualifications for a NJ licensed professional engineer to represent the Township Board of Adjustment. The appointed engineer shall be able to review applications, including any and all plans, drawings, maps, reports and documentation submitted to determine compliance with the Township’s ordinances, outside regulatory agency requirements, and the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et. seq.; to prepare a completeness and/or technical review letters prior to the Board hearing, for their consideration, and to advise Board members on the engineering aspects of applications during public hearings, and review and comment on subsequent submissions intended to demonstrate compliance with resolution of approval conditions, technical review comments, outside agency requirements, and any and all other matters as required for a final sign off.
