It is anticipated that said Professional Services may involve consulting services for the following defined tasks in support of the Monmouth County Reclamation Center, related facilities, and the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners: • Preparation of Annual Topographic Survey for solid waste permit reporting • Landfill gas sampling • Methane gas migration testing • Groundwater contour evaluation • Underground storage tank permitting and compliance • Technical reviews for alternative cover sourcing program • Groundwater and Stormwater regulatory support • Landfill construction QA inspection and reporting In addition to the above defined tasks, the Consultant may be asked to provide additional on-call support for various solid waste, landfill, regulatory compliance, and environmental related services.
