Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rowan University is evaluating its duplicating/copy center and is considering outsourcing it to a private operator. There are currently three union employees who work in the Center, but they will be reassigned within the university if an operator is identified. He Duplicating Center, as it is commonly known, is located in Memorial Hall, a building that is almost at the exact center of campus. Walk-up customers are welcome, but the vast majority of jobs are sent electronically to the Duplicating Center via a program called "My Order Desk." The staff also provides simple design advice to customers, but does not provide graphic design services. The Duplicating Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but operations often extend well past the public hours in order to complete complicated and/or important jobs. A.
