Seeking vendor to act as a Third Party Administrator for both DOT and non-DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Services including MRO and laboratory services for all Somerset County employees; subject to drug & alcohol testing in compliance with the U.S. Department of Transportation; FTA; FMCSA; the Division of Addiction Services and the Somerset County Policies and Procedures Manual. Testing may be conducted under the DOT; FTA and/or FMCSA; in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40: and Parts 382, 391, 392, 395 and Part 655. Testing may also be conducted under N.J.S.A. 26:2b-7; Standards for Licensure for Substance Abuse Treatment Facilities; Chapter 161B; subchapter 3 (10:161B-3.7(f). Vendor will provide the computerized random selection program with back-up collection facilities provided and an On-Site Collector who is a certified technician to collect specimens. Other services required are testing for Reasonable Suspicion, Post Accident, Pre-Employment, Return to Duty and Follow-up Testing
