Specifications include, but are not limited to: Response time to vary depending on severity. Some will require < 4 hours onsite response. - Debug/repair of system issues. This includes repair/replace of any component including wiring. - Debug/repair of Keyscan software program as it relates to integration with control panels. - Assist Township personnel with administration of Keyscan software program for making changes. - Add new components to system (doors, control panels etc.) as requested by Township. - Remediate any door with access control setup: o Roton hinge repair/replacement. o Door handle/knob replacement. Rekey as necessary. NOTE: Township reserves right to utilize another vendor for rekey as necessary. o Door latch repair/debug/replacement. Some doors have magnetic latch at top of door as well as electronic strike latch. o Assure door does not bind and fully closes & latches. o Card swipe module repair/replace.
