The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information from qualified dining service vendors experienced in managing higher education food service operations. This RFI is issued for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses will help the College evaluate the potential for modernizing campus dining, enhancing student engagement, and aligning services with institutional values. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future Request for Proposal (RFP), if any is issued. The purpose of issuing this Request for Information (“RFI”) is to: a. Determine the level of market interest. b. Gather information on new systems, technologies, and service innovations. c. Evaluate strategies to offer cost-effective dining options while supporting the long-term sustainability of dining operations. d. Reduce operational burden through efficient vendor solutions. e. Understand approaches to improve student engagement. f. Provide the industry with an opportunity to comment on the potential procurement opportunity.
