Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Vendor must provide on-demand tutoring – no appointment necessary – and demonstrate the scale of tutoring supply to cover 24 hours, 7 days a week at least 361 days a year with low wait times. • Vendor must provide, 24/7 tutoring on demand at a minimum, in the following subjects: math, writing and English, science, and social studies. • Vendor must provide 24/7, on-demand tutoring in Spanish for the following subjects: math, social studies, and science. • Vendor must provide an early alert system for tutors to alert teachers and administrators through emailed alerts of possible follow-up needed for struggling students. • Vendor response time for asynchronous essay reviews should be on average 12 hours or less. • Vendor must include supplemental resources for students including practice quizzes for Algebra, ASVAB, Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, English, Geometry, Math Fundamentals, and Physics. • Vendor must have 100+ subjects and test-prep areas, from kindergarten through college, continuing education, and career • Vendor must have test prep resources aligned or from The Princeton Review® • Students must have the ability to designate tutors as favorites to make it easier to meet with them again. Vendor must include supplemental video lessons for English and Math. • Vendor must have an in-house technology team. • Vendor must provide an optional LIVE two-way voice tutoring sessions which allow students to connect with their tutors in real-time via two-way voice, not recorded conversations. • Vendor must provide technical support directly for students via email and phone • Vendor must record and archive all student sessions. • All audio transcripts must also be recorded and available for review. • Services must allow for accessibility for students with unique needs and learning challenges. • Vendor must facilitate student feedback at the end of every session. • Vendor must have a system for reporting dangerous or concerning interaction with students within the same school day to Passaic Public Schools
