Specifications include, but are not limited to: Wide Area Network Communications Services, which includes all data transport services (including voice/video over internet protocol, fiber channel over internet protocol, Ethernet over internet protocol, frame relay, internet connectivity, data center connectivity, shared-enterprise hosting connectivity, data encryption); The proposer shall have the capability of providing only new current production items where equipment is provided as part of a connectivity or managed service (no used, scheduled for end-of-life or end-of-support or discontinued equipment is acceptable); The proposer shall have the capability of providing, upon request, formal end user training on the administration of the Services to be made available in this contract including provisioning, maintenance and billing; The proposer service must conform to all applicable current national and international industry standards mandated by the following standards bodies: ISO (International Organization of Standards; ITU (International Telecommunication Union); IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force); ANSI (American National Standards Institute); MEF (Managed Extensibility Framework); and IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers);
