Request for Information Software License & Maintenance For Access Solutions VA-25-00016374 Introduction The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center is seeking information on the availability of capable sources to provide software licenses and maintenance that will provide alerts to high-risk or unusual changes (such as bypass, all records), enable resource owners to review and certify user access, report detailed security activity metrics to help management with decision support. Brand name Access Solutions software licenses and maintenance for software is currently in use at the VA. The renewal is required to sustain IO s Information Technology Center Information Technology Security protection and to support existing IO security architecture requirements in mainframe production. Additionally, the Access Solutions software licenses and maintenance are required to remedy software defects as well as enhancing and optimizing software; it includes all new fixes, patches, corrections, releases, updates, versions and upgrades to the software. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bid, Request for Task Execution Plan, Request for Quotation or a Request for Proposal. Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this RFI. Your response to this RFI will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this RFI. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated or received for this effort. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response.
