• Provide the Executive Director with resources, tracking systems, quality control & compliance tracking systems to sustain HACC. • Technical assistance with a Plan of Action based on identified deficiencies at the HACC. • Provide sample report on key performance indicators for Public Housing Program including financial condition, occupancy, rent collection, lease enforcement, waitlist management and HCV utilization. • Technical assistance on all operations and areas of the Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing Programs, including but not limited to, program management, intake and lease up services, provide portability services, accounting services, perform housing quality standards and quality control inspections, conduct rent reasonableness, comply with Fair Housing, ADA, and VAWA rules, conduct community outreach, establish operational action plans and reports, make staffing decisions, and recommend policies to HACC according to HUD rules. • Provide recommendations on maximizing Public Housing building occupancy rates and minimizing turn-around time of vacant units.
