Specifications include, but are not limited to: Franklin County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants who are experianced in working with local community development programs sponsored by US federal and NY agencies.Franklin County has traditionally pursued funding through small cities community block grants for microenterprise and county wide housing rehabilitation programs, but would now consider other projects through other state and federal funding sources. This includes analysis of local problems and needs and develppment of long term goals and short term objectives for community development needs, analysis of program options appropriate to funding sources, preparation of materials required for a complete application including supporting documentation surveys and costs estimates.
