The services include but are not limited to, access to all technician team for problem solving, coverage 24 x 7 x 365 days for Public Safety Departments (Police and Fire), and municipal offices 8am to 5pm, monitor all critical desktops, servers, data switches, and advanced applications, labor only on desktops, all parts will be billed separately. Township Network Monitor consists of: ▪ Computers/Laptops and Tablets: Police Dept. (99) Township, Fire Department, Department of Public Works and Recreation (119). ▪ Surface Laptops (30) existing machines in police vehicles and command staff. ▪ Network printers: Police Dept. (14) and Township (21). ▪ Switches: Police Dept. (13) and Township (10). ▪ Ap’s Police dept. (2) and Township (5). ▪ Servers: Police Dept. (6) and Township (9). ▪ Provide support for Avaya Voice System. ▪ Provide support for Video Surveillance System.
