The Township of Livingston has a need for laboratory testing services on an open-ended basis for its Recreation Department’s Municipal Pools (3 pools), Water Pollution Control Facility and Water Department. In order to be able to fully utilize all funds available for analytical testing, the Township of Livingston reserves the right to purchase any or all items in this proposal in the quantities needed, which could vary over the course of the year. All sampling performed by the proposal submitter shall follow the standard analytical methodologies for that parameter. In particular the stringent PFAS sampling requirements must be followed to avoid inadvertently contaminating the sample. The samples will either be picked up by or performed by the proposal submitter at the various Township listed below. Proposal submitters shall also deliver sample bottles and pick up samples at the various Township locations. The proposal submitters must provide all bottles and sample containers required for the specified analysis that are being performed by Township Staff. • Water Department o Routine pickups on Tuesdays between 1:00PM and 2:00PM o Livingston Town Hall - 357 S Livingston Ave, Livingston, NJ 07039 o Water Facilities – Addresses of these locations available upon request • Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) o Routine pickups on Tuesdays between 1:00PM and 2:00PM o Livingston WPCF - 81 Naylon Ave, Livingston, NJ 07039 • Recreation Department o No Routine Pickups, all sampling performed by proposal submitter o Haines Pool Complex (3 pools) - 10 Wahler Road, Livingston, NJ 07039 • Other Township Locations as specified by the Township
