Specifications include, but are not limited to: Community Business Revitalization Program - Dance Academy. The CBR program assistance provided to the business and property owners will be in the form of a grant for improvements to commercial structures that may include, but are not limited to the following: Rehabilitation of exterior façades; refurbishment or replacement of signage; exterior painting; replacement of storefront systems; installation of awnings, lighting, and security grills; hazardous material abatement related to façade rehabilitation; other general façade and rehabilitation improvements and all associated work. The CBR program is funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and/or Tax Increment Funds (TI). It is subject to Federal prevailing wage requirements (Davis-Bacon Act) and/or State prevailing wage rates. Contractors are responsible for verifying site & building conditions prior to submitting their bids.
