Ability to provide timely, quality CART services to students, faculty, staff and guests of the College. These services can be provided in either inperson and/or remote capacity. Please note, there is very minimal to no on-site services; however, it is still a service of this scope. Successful CART service delivery will also include a hard copy (to the requestor) of any transcripts for personal use only. CART captioning is typically provided in a separate web-browser window. Training and technological trouble-shooting may, at times, be necessary and coordinated in collaboration with ARC, Information Technology (IT) and the CART provider. As confidential or sensitive information may be relayed by the CART provider, please address the matter of confidentiality as it relates to service delivery. For the 22-23 academic year, 1,275.5 hours of CART services were provided. This is typical of the level of service required.
