The Borough of Collingswood desires to develop and implement an automatic enrollment municipal community solar program to the benefit of their residents. To achieve this goal, the Local Unit is procuring services for a Solar Provider to take responsibility for: (i) the designing, permitting, acquisition, construction, ownership, installation, interconnection operation and maintenance of a BPU-approved Community Solar Renewable Energy Project (or Projects), including all labor, materials, equipment, tools and supervision, at the Successful Respondent’s sole cost, (ii) execution of a Master Services Agreement in a form substantially similar to the form attached to this RFP, and (iii) sale of the energy generated from the Community Solar Project to Collingswood’s subscribers (collectively, the “Services”).
