Ability to support several Cloud services ex. Google Cloud Platform, ServiceNow, Saleforce, etc. 3. Ability to support all new ServiceNow releases within 12 weeks of release. 4. Provide security policies as the cloud-based resources and enforce policy elements when needed. 5. Support single sign-on with CAS/SAML. 6. Ability to provide encryption, logging, alerting, malware detection/prevention. 7. All-mode architecture supporting all theoretical methods to steer cloud traffic including API, forward proxy, reverse proxy, agent, and agent-less methods. 8. Advanced, enterprise DLP with the ability to inspect 13,000+ sanctioned and unsanctioned cloud services. 9. Ability to inspect sanctioned apps and perform real-time inspection of all cloud traffic for various types of malware and quarantine the malware. 10. Ability to provide granular access control for unmanaged devices connecting to cloud services. 11. Ability to support HIPAA, FERPA, PCI, Privacy Act, etc. compliancy requirements. 12. Service Availability uptime 99.5% or greater. C. Vendor Infrastructure Certifications 1. SOC 1, 2, 3 Type 1 &2, ISO 27001, 9001, 14001, 50001, Safe Harbor D. Netskope has been selected as a basis of design. Vendors can submit proposed equals, however, the University in its sole discretion, will determine if a proposed equal will be acceptable. It is the responsibility of the vendor to research all items in order to provide an equivalent that meets or exceeds the requirements of the University. 1. If proposed equals are offered, the vendor must supply informational material for evaluation and consideration purposes. E. Vendors must submit a complete itemized product list, clearly detailing the manufacturer, model number, quantity and individual/extended cost of each item. F. Awarded vendor must be a certified reseller for all products and services pertaining to the successful fulfillment of the requirements of this IFB, and should include evidence of this in its submission.
