1. Providing professional planning services for the City of Passaic for the calendar year 2026 on an as‐needed basis. More specifically to assist in reviewing the Master Plan, Zoning Ordinance, Housing Plans, Site Plan, and Subdivision applications proposals for Zoning Amendments and other related planning and zoning matters as specified by the City. 2. Assisting the City of Passaic in current planning activities and advising and advising officials in the development and implementation of such policies and procedures as are necessary and proper for the development of land within the City of Passaic in a manner that is consistent with and furthers the goals of the City’s Master Plan; 3. Assisting the City of Passaic in comprehensive planning activities, including conducting background research and data collection, formulating long‐range land use plans and development policies, preparation of special planning studies, and preparation of reports and plans.
