Understand district medical policies pertaining to teachers and students Conduct examinations for students without a medical home Provide examinations on students that wish to participate in scholastic athletic games for students entering grades 6-12, who do not have a medical home Conduct return to work evaluations for Camden City School District employees as deemed necessary Provide Prescriptions as needed related to standing orders. Consult with the Nursing Supervisor of Health Services, building Principal, and School Nurse as needed for medical information included but not limited to the following: • Sick bank • Employee • Student and Staff 504 plans • Home Instruction Attend athletic football games as needed Review and sign the current standing medical orders Review and sign current School Nurse Service Plan
