The State Contract Manager (SCM) will serve as the representative of the SRPLB and will manage the DPA on behalf of the SRPLB. During the base three (3) year term of the DPA, the SRPLB anticipates administering the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) examination up to three (3) times each year. The SRPLB has ownership of the deliverables previously produced. The Contractor shall adopt the SRPLB-owned deliverables, as they have already been approved and utilized. The Contractor shall review the deliverables provided by the SRPLB upon award of this DPA. If the Contractor deems a deliverable, or part of a deliverable, not to be relevant and/or adoptable, the Contractor shall document and justify its position in writing to the SCM of this DPA. The SRPLB will review and approve or reject the justification for any elements that the Contractor proposes not to adopt. If the SRPLB rejects the justification, the Contractor may revise the justification at its own expense, and if it is still not acceptable to the SRPLB, then the Contractor shall adopt the SRPLB-owned deliverables.
