Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work which consist of but is not limited to: completed upgrades to the Combatant Training Room. (Formerly known as the Indoor Firing Range (IFR) as per the As-Build Drawings) to expand and enhance the soldier training. All removal and installation requirements outlined within each SOW shall be performed.
