Specifications include, but are not limited to: aid/assist in measuring student outcomes/product behaviors in K-12 English Language Arts and Mathematics based on data collection focused on how effectively teachers are implementing our district adopted instructional materials. In addition, we would like to an external vendor to formally monitor our implementation twice a year and assess the impact of the shift to high quality materials in alignment with the new instructional vision via student production outcomes by observing a minimum of 50% of classrooms by grade level in all of our sixteen schools . The findings should produce data based on content-specific feedback critical to teacher professional development using The Instructional Practice Guide (IPG) Kâ12 classroom observation rubric that prioritizes what is observable in and expected of classroom instruction when instructional content is aligned to college- and career-ready (CCR) standards, including the Common Core State Standards (CCSS), in ELA/literacy (corestandards.org/ELA-Literacy).
