The City of Thomasville Georgia is requesting proposals from qualified firms toprepare a master plan for a proposed non-motorized multi-use trail. Theproposed trail will be 10' wide and consist of a variety of surfaces dependentupon geographic conditions. The master plan will identify the proposedalignment of an approximately 5 mile trail loop connecting the City ofThomasville's major historic parks and neighborhoods. The proposed trail willconsist of 5 phases, each phase connecting to a major city park and historicdistrict. A copy of the preliminary trail map is on file in the City of ThomasvillePlanning Department. For each phase, the master plan will include renderingsand representations of the proposed trail at key intersections and connectivitypoints.
