Specifications include, but are not limited to: I.Responsibility, once implementation has occurred for preparing all the necessarydocumentation for Sheriff's Office for both new procedures and troubleshootingpurposes. This documentation should clearly present the modifications to thesystem and illustrate the workflow associated with using the new administrativeJ.components of their product. In addition, update SOP's to support new StandardOperating Procedures for the Sheriff's Office.K.Ability to work with and provide the County Records Management Group withthe necessary documentation (SOP's, Policies etc) in a compatible electronicformat such as (TIFF) for storage.L.Successful Consultant shall not provide any subcontractors as inspectors on thefinal process and/or recertification reviews.M.Complete and submit the CALEA recognition and NJSACOP applicationsN.Provide any and all additional information/documentation that may be requestedby CALEA and NJSACOP in order to obtain recognition and accreditation.O.Attend any meetings and represent the County at any meetings that may berequired by CALEA and NJSACOP. The Accreditation Manager of Middlesex County Sheriff's Office will act as a single point ofcontact and will review all scope of activities, check and monitor the logistics of projectimplementation and training. The Sheriff's Office reserves the right to interview or request areplacement of an individual assigned by the consulting firm. The Consultant's AccreditationManager's responsibilities will also include various administrative and reporting activities to becompleted throughout the accreditation effort.A.Project Team Kick-off MeetingThe Consultant will initiate the project by meeting with members of the Middlesex CountySheriff's Office to plan and prepare work that must be completed by the Consultant beforeprogress towards the primary project deliverables can take place. This meeting will take place atMiddlesex County Sheriff's Office, 701 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, New Jersey08901. This meeting shall be attended by primary members of the Consultant's Team.Objectives of this meeting will include but not be limited to:-Introduction of the primary Team members to the Sheriff's Office.-Review communications protocols for the project phase.-Review the primary goals and overall timeline for the effort.-Review the change management protocols and mechanisms.-Review the project invoicing procedure.-Discuss the identified project risks and impediments.
