The Scope of Services encompassed by this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) generally includes the following: Provide comprehensive computer networking and monitoring of all computer systems on a 24/7/52 basis encompassing network switches, firewalls, servers, domains, telecommunication facilities, hardware and software applications; Assist the Township with complying with the New Jersey Cyber Joint Insurance Fund standards for cyber-security and implement solutions to detect and prevent cyber attacks; Periodically evaluate the Township’s operating systems and platforms and give unbiased recommendations relating to the acquisition or purchase of upgraded operating systems, platforms, telecommunications equipment or facilities, common software packages, common software applications, browsers, etc. Detailed specifications are contained within the RFP itself.
