Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive Parking Management Program to include on-street, off-street and residential permitted parking. This program shall include all city owned parking facilities and may include participating privately owned parking facilities. Public parking in the downtown area is provided for the use of downtown businesses and their customers, while providing revenue for the City. Also with the increasing number of downtown residents, it is the intent of the City to provide downtown residents with an annual parking permit zoned for their respective area. It is the goal of the City to provide the best quality service at a reasonable cost to the ratepayers.
