The selected agency will provide individualized and school-wide postsecondary, academic, and mentoring support services for Camden City School District students. Services will include, but are not limited to: • Maintain and operate fully staffed, school-based College and Career Centers at Camden High Campus and Eastside High School, equipped with technology and resources to support student success. • Provide individualized advising sessions at least twice per month for every student, including academic planning, postsecondary guidance, and personal mentoring. • Facilitate small group workshops and monthly events such as college fairs, career weeks, and campus visits to foster a strong college-going culture. • Deliver one-on-one career advising sessions monthly, including resume preparation, mock interviews, and exploration of career pathways. • Provide financial aid workshops and support all eligible seniors in completing FAFSA and other scholarship applications. • Conduct bi-weekly grade-level workshops on academic skills, perseverance, mindsets, learning strategies, and social-emotional development. • Collaborate with school administrators and faculty to align services with school goals, share key metrics, and engage external partners and resources. • Provide summer transition support for graduating seniors to ensure a successful start to their postsecondary journey, including assistance with registration, orientation, and financial aid verification. • Offer targeted postsecondary planning support for RISE Academy seniors, including FAFSA support, advising, and alumni follow-up.
