The carrier shall provide foreign exchange circuits. 10. The carrier shall provide switch numbers with Centrex or Centrex-like features. 11. The carrier is expected to port or use all existing numbers and all numbers are City of Trenton exchanges. 12. The carrier is expected to provide Centrex or Centrex-like service to rotary and tone dialing equipment. 13. The carrier is expected to be able to provide T1 lines. 14. The carrier shall provide paper billing using USPS.
