To conduct a Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) on two (2) HAGC high-rise residential buildings and sixty two (62) single family 204-1 Scattered Site homes using a statistically valid sample of its housing centers (dwelling and non-dwelling) structures, dwelling and non-dwelling equipment, sites and offices) to include the determination of the expected useful life of all major building systems/components and the potential life-cycle replacement of all major building systems/components during a 20-year term. Building number 1 is Carino Park Apartments, a highrise elevator building containing 100 units for primarily senior and disabled residents. Building number 2 is Deptford Park Apartments. A highrise elevator building containing 100 units for primarily senior and disabled residents. Deptford Park includes HAGC central offices. The 62 single family homes are various sizes. All housing developments are separate AMPS and are located in Gloucester County, NJ.
