Services to be provided to the Board shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide one-on-one nursing care at school, field trips, and extra-curriculum activities. Assist with transportation (accompany student on bus to and from school) Support child study teams Participate in IEP meetings, as needed Write individual health plans Train school personnel on specific medical conditions Provide substitute nursing on a consistent basis for 1:1 nurses, District school nurses, and any non-public schools as requested by the Winslow Township School District. Meet with the Administration as required to discuss projects and strategies to meet the needs of the student(s) and district. Log services for the New Jersey State Special Education Medicaid Initiative. Any additional nursing services as needed by the District.
