The Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is being released by the I-Bank to obtain proposals to pre-qualify a pool of firms ("Pool") to provide one or banking facilities (each, a "Facility") in connection with its Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program, Transportation Infrastructure Financing Program, and other authorized programs (collectively, the "Programs"). In connection with the establishment of a specific Facility for its Programs, the successful bidder is expected to work with representatives of the I-Bank, Office of the Attorney General, other State representatives and outside professionals to provide the following services, which include, but are not limited to: (i) providing the most cost-effective and flexible Facility that meets requirements of each of the I-Bank's Programs; (ii) drafting and/or reviewing Facility documents; (iii) assisting in the preparation of materials or presentations; (iv) upon request, attending meetings and/or presentations; (v) assisting in the establishment of proper regulatory and financial reporting for the Facility, and (vi) undertaking all necessary actions, as requested, to implement the Facility.
