The Burlington County Bridge Commission (“Commission”) is seeking the submission of proposals (“Proposal”) from qualified firms (“Firm”) through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The Firm will provide the Commission with banking services in the following areas: Interest Bearing Checking; ACH (Automated Clearing House) Services; Direct Deposit/Transfer Services of Employee Payroll for Selected Employees; Certificates of Deposit; Armored Motor Services, including the following: • Pick up Deposits (scheduling daily within one hour window of 9:30-10:30 AM) Tacony-Palmyra – 5 days/week (Mon – Fri); Burlington Bristol – 5 days/week (Mon - Fri); • Deposit Amount Verification; • Timely Credit of Deposits; • Counting/Sorting & Wrapping of Currency and Coin, as required; • Furnishing of Bags/Containers for Deposit; • Supply Straps for Wrapping Currency; • Supply Deposit Slips and Record Books; Additional Account Services to include: • Wire Transfer of Funds by Phone or Fax Instruction; • Stop Payment Orders by Phone or Fax Instruction; • Phone Orders to Transfer Funds between Accounts; • Supply of Checks and Deposit Slips; • Electronic Banking Services; • Month End Account Statements
